The staff arranged airport transfers with ease. i found a nice variety of businesses used by locals and tourists in the neighborhood, especially during the day. I enjoyed exploring it. the comfortable bed and tv access to youtube were welcome. the 24-hour staff was always available.
i thought the metro was a bit of a walk.

The rooms had climate control. heavy curtains kept light out. Light dimmers were helpful. the rooms were clean and modern, we loved the rainfall shower.

the staff were always willing to listen and sought feedback. breakfast had a wide spread and suited vegetarians. the staff were courteous, the service was perfect.

The room was clean, and it had all the necessary equipment. Breakfast included a great variety of food. The staff was great at arranging transfers between the hotel and the airport.
The air conditioning was very LOUD, and powerful even at low speed. I had to switch it off before sleep. The beds weren't very comfortable.
